Indiana Farm Bureau Announces New Members of Public Policy team

Indiana Farm  Bureau has announced two new members of their public policy team.  Kyle Cline will serve as policy advisor, national government relations. A native of Tipton County, Cline holds a degree in political science (B.A.) and public administration (MPA) from Indiana University and served as general manager for the Lugar Center for Renewable Energy. He recently completed a year as a fellow with the Robert Bosch Foundation in Germany. Cline will lead Indiana Farm Bureau’s government relations efforts with the Indiana congressional delegations and work with members and county Farm Bureaus to implement policy at the national level. Cline will start with IFB on July 8.

 

Amy Cornell will serve as policy advisor and counsel, state government relations. Cornell is native of Illinois and a graduate of Purdue (B.S. in management), IU’s Robert McKinney School of Law (J.D.) and the University of Arkansas School of Law (LL.M.). As a student, Cornell served as a law clerk for Indiana Farm Bureau and has most recently been director of policy and regulatory affairs for the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, where she has also served as executive director of the Indiana Land Resources Council. Cornell, who will start with Farm Bureau on July 22, will have a key role in Farm Bureau’s state government relations efforts and will work with Farm Bureau members and county Farm Bureaus to implement policy at the state level.
