Three new directors were elected to the Indiana Soybean Alliance board and will start their terms in December to help direct checkoff programs that drive the success of Indiana’s soybean industry. Five other soybean farmers were re-elected to serve another term on the 24-member board during ISA’s annual election in July. “Soybean farmers face new challenges and changes each year, but the hard work and commitment of the Indiana Soybean Alliance board of directors helps ensure that the markets for Hoosier soybeans continue to grow each year,” said Kevin Wilson, ISA governance committee chairman and a Cass County farmer. “The Indiana soybean industry is a vital economic driver for our state, and the commitment of our board members is critical to growing our industry, which is good for farmers and good for Indiana.”
