Eye on the Ethanol Car Follows IndyCar Driver Ryan Hunter-Reay
06/26/2008

Andy Eubank
Ryan Hunter-Reay is the driver of the Ethanol sponsored car in the Indy Racing League’s IndyCar Series. The series is in its second year of running 100 percent fuel-grade ethanol in all the cars. Hunter-Reay was the 2007 Rookie of the Year and in May won the Indy 500 Rookie of the Year honors. He has been an outstanding spokesman for ethanol when not on the track and told Hoosier Ag Today he is honored to be representing America’s corn growers. We are now featuring a weekly opportunity to keep up to date with what Ryan is doing this season. The audio podcast is available each Thursday at this website and is called “Eye on the Ethanol Car.” Click the audio player below to hear this week’s interview and then look for Ryan on the track Saturday night at 10:00 Eastern at the Texas Motor Speedway.
