Indiana Milk Quality Conference to be Held in Shipshewana

The 2024 Indiana Milk Quality Conference will take place March 12-13 at The Blue Gate Garden Inn & Conference Center in Shipshewana, Indiana.

The conference is hosted by Indiana Milk Quality Professionals, Inc., and will feature speakers from American Dairy Association Indiana, Purdue University, the Indiana Board of Health, and dairy processors.

Topics include value-added products, niche markets, interpreting culture results, and biosecurity plan training. The complete list of topics and speakers can be found on the Conference Program.

Conference attendees also can tour Amish Country Dairy, an on-farm processor, on March 11 and attend the Awards Banquet on March 12, which features the presentation of the Steve Atkisson Indiana Dairy Service Award. Keynote speaker Kimmi Devaney, Editor of Progressive Dairy Magazine, will present the “2024 State of Dairy.”

The Indiana Milk Quality Conference is open for registration to individuals including regulatory personnel, dairy product processors, equipment manufacturers, cooperative services, dairy producers, milk haulers, and any others interested in the dairy industry of Indiana.
