Ellspermann Congratulates New Farm Bureau Leaders

Indiana Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann, who also serves as Indiana’s Secretary of Agriculture, congratulated the newly elected president and vice-president of the Indiana Farm Bureau.  Randy Kron from Vanderburgh County was elected president and Kendell Culp of Jasper County vice president at the Indiana Farm Bureau annual convention in Indianapolis.  The leadership team will also include Isabella Chism from Howard County who will continue to serve as 2nd Vice President.  Lt. Governor Ellspermann commented,

“Randy Kron has been an outstanding leader in Hoosier agriculture earning the respect of farmers throughout the state and in all segments of the agriculture industry.  In our first Asian agricultural mission, Randy actively represented our state and the interests of Indiana’s farmers.  He understands the broad range of domestic and international issues impacting agriculture.”

She added, “I look forward to working with Randy, Kendell and Isabella in the years ahead and welcome their advice and counsel.  Indiana Farm Bureau is an outstanding organization that will continue to be an effective advocate for agriculture under Randy’s capable leadership.”
