Steve Howell from the Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Growers Association joins us as well to discuss House Bill 1127 & Senate Bill 254 that would provide tax credits to retailers to boost investment in modern fuel pumps and tanks so they can carry more biofuel options for consumers.
