Indiana Pork Continues Partnership with Squealers Barbeque

For the second consecutive year, Indiana Pork is partnering with Squealers Award Winning Barbeque for this summer’s Barbeque Competition Tour. The 13 weekend tour spans the Midwest and features some of the finest barbeque chefs in the nation.

“We are excited to extend our partnership with Squealers another year to build on the hugely successful competition season they had last year. When it comes to serving and promoting pork, Squealers is second to none,” said Sarah Ford of Indiana Pork.

While touring, Squealers utilizes a custom, 30-foot enclosed trailer with massive smoking capabilities and full refrigeration. With competitions spanning more than a decade, Squealers has achieved more than 75 awards at assorted national barbeque, world barbeque and Ribfest events throughout the United States. In 2011, Squealers was invited to the prestigious American Royal and Jack Daniels barbeque competitions.

As a sponsor, Indiana Pork is be featured on the traveling trailer and competition t-shirts and hats. Squealers operates two dine-in barbeque restaurants, one in Indianapolis and the other in Mooresville. As part of the partnership, Indiana Pork is featured on restaurant menus and table signage.

“We love to hit the road and spread the word about our brand while bringing our secret barbeque to the masses,” said owner Jeff Yater. “We thank Indiana’s pork farmers for their support – this is a great partnership for us.”
