Fair Oaks Farms will be breaking ground this month on its all-new Pork Education Center on the farms’ main campus.
The Pork Education Center Ground Breaking Event May 21st will kick off at 4 p.m. central time with cheese trays and drinks. From 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. a ceremony will be held to announce the start of construction on the new Pork Education Center. Following the ceremony there will be a brief Q&A Session with Fair Oaks Farms management.
Optional tours of The Pig Adventure will be available at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. CST.
